Welcome to GMRC Partnership

We are a roofing consultancy providing a wide range of services

Pre-Purchase Roofing Surveys

Our Roof Report reflects a comprehensive, up-close inspection and include recommendations and photo references where appropriate. A Roof Report can reveal details and issues not covered by a Home Report, and can be a powerful tool in purchase negotiation.

Resolving Contentious Issues

Our Reports offer objective, expert advice on property disputes and conflicting quotations.

Flat Roofing, Slating & Tiling

If you are a property owner who would like to know more about the condition and lifespan of your roof, our Report can reveal potential issues before they become a problem. We also specialise in heritage roofing and conservation.

Please contact us directly for fee details.

Rogue Traders

Rogue traders are unlicensed and unqualified workmen. They offer to perform works that are unnecessary or they may carry out substandard work, all to defraud their victims. Rogue traders frequently target seniors or other vulnerable members of the community.

The GMRC Partnership works with local authorities and Trading Standards to help stop this crime.
